Teenagers across the country recently collected their A level their results after sitting exams in May and June.
Across the country, sixth formers have recorded an impressive crop of results, with the students of Landau very much being a part of this success.
After a lot of hard work from both students and staff, there is much to celebrate, with many students going on to take up places at top universities, or on an apprenticeship, as well as those who are entering the workplace.
Students this year have achieved an incredibly strong set of results, with over a third of grades A*/A and 63% of grades A*/B.
Among the high performers are:
Merin Aju achieved A* in Biology, A* in Psychology, and A in Chemistry and will read Medicine at the University of Newcastle.
Aiden Andrews achieved A* in Mathematics, A* in Chemistry and A in Physics and will study Chemistry at the University of York.
Alesha Aris achieved A* in Biology, A* in Art and A in Mathematics and will read Architecture at the University of Cambridge.
Will Ogden achieved A* in Biology, A* in Chemistry and A in History and will study Medicine at the University of Oxford.
Edith Leedham achieved A* in Spanish, A in Mathematics and A in History and will read Philosophy, Politics and Economics at the University of Oxford.

We are absolutely thrilled for our amazing students who have worked so hard to get the results they deserve. It has been a real pleasure to work with this very special group of young people.”
“A special mention also goes to our dedicated staff team, who have been such a support to the students.
“I know that these young people will go on to succeed and make a real difference in the world, whether they go onto higher education, take up an apprenticeship or enter the world of work.”
Sarah Findlay-Cobb, CEO of Landau Forte Charitable Trust, said: “Very many congratulations to Landau Forte College Derby on another year of achieving great results.
“Students and staff have all worked so hard to get here and should be so proud of the results we have seen today.
