Well done to our amazing Year 11 chefs who created some incredible dishes as part of their practice Hospitality and Catering practical exam. There were some fantastic dishes including banana bread, chocolate cheesecake, apple crumble, burgers and chips, spaghetti bolognese, lava cake, apple tart, lemon meringue and an all day breakfast! Students demonstrated excellent technical skills in creating some very complex recipes. Well done to all students involved and thank you to Miss Knight for her support.
