During October, students from Years 7, 8 and 9 delivered gatherings on the importance of Black History Month to every year group at LFCD. Students talked about the importance of Black History month, giving all of us the opportunity to share, celebrate and understand the impact of black heritage and culture. We also talked about the important of the sacrifice and service of soldiers of black heritage who have served with the British Army. The gatherings were very well delivered and so informative for our community.
