The school age immunisation team will be delivering the Human Papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine at your child’s school on: 08th May 2026 for Year 8 students.
The HPV vaccine protects against many genital-based cancers and warts. It also protects against mouth, throat, head, and neck cancers caused by Human Papillomavirus.

Please be aware that if we do not receive completed consent forms, each young person will be assessed on an individual basis by a healthcare professional to self-consent and if deemed Gillick competent offered the vaccinations on the day.
