Headspace
Headspace is your personal guide to health and happiness. It’ll help you focus, breathe, stay calm, perform at your best, and get a better nights rest through the life- changing skills of relaxation, meditation and mindfulness. The Headspace meditation app teaches you how to breathe, sleep, meditate, and live mindfully. These guided breathing exercises can promote mindfulness and have been proven to improve focus. There is mindfulness training and meditation on everything from managing anxiety attacks, stress relief, breathing, happiness, feeling calm and finding focus. There’s a free basics course that will teach you the essentials of meditation and mindfulness training.”

Calm
“Calm is a leading app for meditation and sleep. Guided meditation sessions are available for a variety of different topics including: calming anxiety, deep sleep, self- esteem and managing stress.”
