Staff and students at Landau Forte College Derby are today celebrating fantastic A level results.
Students across the country have been awaiting their results after sitting the exams during May and June. It’s been a normal school year after the pandemic disruption, but there have still been challenges to overcome for both staff and students.
School staff at Landau Forte College Derby have worked tirelessly to ensure students had all the support they needed as they sat the final exams of their school career. In particular, the school, part of the Landau Forte Charitable Trust, offered additional support outside of lessons in the form of A level master classes and a substantial non qualification curriculum, preparing students for life after Sixth Form.
Thanks to the hard work and determination of both students and staff, there is lots to celebrate, with many students gaining places at top universities or on an apprenticeship, as well as those who are entering the workplace. Students have achieved superb results, 33% of all grades were A*-A and 88% of all grades were A*-C
