Dear parent/ carer,
We wanted to inform you that our Year 6 Open Evening will take place on site on Wednesday, 11 September. The event will give Year 6 parents/ carers and their children the opportunity to visit our vibrant school, meet our amazing staff and students and experience what makes LFCD such a wonderful learning environment. We are asking parents and carers to book a place for the evening and arrive at 4.30pm, 5.30pm or 6.30pm, places can be booked by emailing [email protected] or telephoning 01332 204040. We have staggered arrival times to the event to help us manage the number of visitors on site.
To give staff time to set up for the event the school day will end at 2.20pm on 11 September. We apologise for the inconvenience this early closure may cause, we can supervise your child in our Information Centre until 3.10pm if required. If you would like your child to wait in the Information Centre until 3.10pm on 11 September please email our Office Manager, Mrs Kerry Williams, [email protected]
We would also like to take the opportunity to remind you that the College will be closed to students on Friday 13 September as all staff across the six Landau Forte Charitable Trust academies will be participating in a Trust Development Day.
