The grades mark a return to normality after being determined by students’ performance in examinations rather than the previous two years, in which grades were decided by teacher assessment.
Students achieved some phenomenal results, below are the impressive headline figures:
- 22% of all grades were A*
- 48% of all grades were A*- A
- 74% of all grades were A*-B
The following students all achieved 3 A*grades and have secured places at some very prestigious universities:

Alison Brannick, Principal, said “I am so proud of all our students who have worked incredibly hard and who have listened to the advice of their teachers to secure these grades which they very much deserve. Even with the adversity of the global pandemic and two whole school closures our young people have shown determination, commitment, and resilience to do their very best. We are so proud of them all and it was a real pleasure to be able to celebrate these results with our students and their families. All our students have done incredibly well and we want them to stay in touch with us so we can hear about their exciting next steps!”
