At LFCD we understand the importance of high quality careers advice and guidance. It was a pleasure to host Derby College, who recently visited us and spoke to students from all year groups.
In the same week, we hosted a Careers Fair for our Sixth Form students. The focus was on degree level apprenticeships and employment opportunities from businesses in the construction, engineering, design and nuclear sectors. Thank you to YMD, Surepak, Balfour Beatty, JCB, Cooper Parry, Bowmer and Kirkland, Stephen George Architects, Stepnall and Rolls Royce for their attendance.
