In November we embarked on a new research project from HFL Education which focused on improving reading fluency, reading accuracy and reading comprehension. The students who took part made fantastic progress in just eight weeks. A spokesperson from HFL Education said, “Your students have made an average of 1 year and 5 months progress in just 8 weeks with their reading comprehension! These are such fabulous results! One student made an astonishing 3 years and 8 months progress during the project. Three of your students scored higher than the maximum score of the test!”
All students who participated were presented with a certificate and a large chocolate bar by the Principal.
